EZ Returns

Our return policy is simplefair and safe. If your return meets the criteria below, please begin the process by looking up your order and continuing with the returns process. If at any point you have questions, please contact us at returns@ensurahealth.com. 

  • Any freight charges (if applicable) will be deducted from credit.

  • All items must be in salable condition.

  • Items must be in their original, unopened packaging.

  • Items must be in full purchased unit of measure (bag, case, etc.).

  • Items must not be defaced (e.g. have handwriting on packaging)

  • Liquids or lotions may not be returned for credit.

  • Special orders may not be returned for credit.
