Ensura Health has adopted a Return Policy that we feel reflects our high standards in Customer Service while respecting the delicate medical nature of the products we sell.

Discrepancy or Damaged Goods Return Instructions

Upon receiving your order, please confirm its accuracy by comparing it to the included Packing List or email confirmation. Additionally, please inspect your order for any manufacturer defects or damage that may have occurred during transit. In the event that there is a problem with your order after your initial inspection, please contact Customer Service via email at info@ensurahealth.com or call us at 206-812-0548 within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to the medical nature of the products we sell and to ensure our customers' and employees’ safety, we cannot accept returns on the following items.

  • Incontinence Supplies (e.g. Briefs, Protective Underwear, Disposable Underpads)
  • Liquids or Lotions (e.g. periwash, shampoo)
  • Wound Care Products
  • Nutritional Supplements
  • Exam Gloves
  • Durable Medical Equipment (DME)
  • Shipping Charges (if applicable)

Processing Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED WITH A VALID RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) OBTAINED DIRECTLY FROM ENSURA. ANY ATTEMPT TO RETURN PRODUCT WITHOUT A VALID AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL NOT BE PROCESSED FOR CREDIT OR EXCHANGE.

If your merchandise is eligible for a return or exchange, please send us an email at info@ensurahealth.com or call us at (203) 936-7872 to receive instructions on returning your merchandise. Please be prepared to provide the following information:

  • Contact Name & Phone Number
  • Original Order/Invoice Number
  • Date of Purchase
  • P.O. Number (if applicable)
  • Items to be Returned/Exchanged
  • Requested Course of Action

Once your return is approved and a authorization is issued, please write your RA# clearly on the outside of the package, include a copy of the original invoice, and ship to the following address:
